Shipping Policies

Due to the recent shortage of drivers, please expect for delays with shipping.

Free curbside delivery to any of the 48 continental United States! (Restrictions may apply, remote and rural areas, islands, narrow streets, construction zones, ect.)

All of our bathroom vanities ship LTL via freight carrier. Delivery is curb side ONLY with lift-gate service included. Orders are shipped within 24-72 hours.

Upon delivery please inspect all item(s) before signing off on the delivery receipt. Please refuse and write “DAMAGED” on the delivery receipt in the case merchandise is damaged. Please report any damaged merchandise to Ari Kitchen & Bath LL within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to report damaged merchandise within 24 hours will release Ari Kitchen & Bath of all liability.

Customer will be provided a with the carrier name and tracking information upon shipping. Delivery usually takes about 3-7 days, depending on where the merchandise is shipping to. Carrier will then contact customer to arrange a time and date for delivery.

Returns

Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be in new condition, in its original packaging and pallet. Refunds will be made upon inspection of merchandise.

Customer will be responsible for all return shipping arrangements and associated costs, unless item(s) are damaged by our carrier during transit. Shipping insurance is strongly encouraged for all returns. Any damaged returns will be refused and shipped back to customer.

Any shipment refusal other damaged merchandise will be treated as a return.

Warranty

All of our vanities are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. The warranty expires one year after the bathroom vanity is received by our customer. The warranty cannot be transferred to another person either. If the vanity is defective for any reason, Ari Kitchen and Bath will replace the part to fix the problem. Labor costs, improper installation or normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.

Sales Tax

All California residents will be assessed 8% sales tax
